	CEDRIC BURGUIERE He is a Certified Public Accountant and Government Auditor (graduated "Visa pour les IFRS"). He wrote a thesis in 2004 on perimeter entrances processing in consolidated accounts.		BENOIT LEMAITRE He is a Certified Public Accountant and Government Auditor. His thesis subject for CPA graduation in 2006 was the implementation of a strategic procedure making the CPA the closest partner of the small firm.
	HELENE DAGOIS She has practised for more than 30 years working in the fields of domestic firms, professional practices, sole traders and personal tax. Her experience includes three years spent working for ANAAFA (lawyers' certificated association).

	EVELYNE CLARI She is a Certified Public Accountant and Government Auditor. She is an expert in real estate agency, property managing, professional practices and sole traders. She created her own audit and advisory service office in 1993 after an experience in a regional reputed audit firm. She integrated Fiduciaire Leydet in 2007.		FREDERIC MAZEL He is a Certified Public Accountant and Government Auditor. He integrated the team based in Aix-en-Provence after a successful experience in audit firm and bank environment. He wrote a thesis in 2004 related to the implementation of an auto-evaluation procedure of internal control.
	LAURENT SAVERINO He has more than 10 years' experience working in the advisory and accounting services with a wide range of clients from the domestic company to the public limited company. He is an expert in the associations and hospital fields.		PIERRE LANIER He is a Certified Public Accountant and Government Auditor. He is a specialist in temporary employment and building trade companies. He created his firm in 1985 in Nice area. He integrated Fiduciaire Leydet in 2007.

ANDORRE
	CHRISTIAN FOUBERT He is graduated in Financial and Accounting sciences; He is a government auditor and economist registered on the Andorran government list; Moreover he teaches in financial mathematics and business management at Andorra University.

TUNISIE
	SONIA AHMADECHE JERBI Graduated from I.H.E.C (Institute of Business studies in Carthage); After an experience in an audit firm and in a property development group, she decided to integrate Fiduciaire Leydet and manage the Tunisian structure.
